This is a vintage Columbia Anorak pullover jacket with Radial Sleeves.  It has a zip out hood, mens size large.  It is a great jacket!  Actual measurements are:
Armpit to armpit approx 27"Shoulder seam to shoulder seam approx 26.5"
Sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff approx 23"Length down the back approx 31.5"
