Delivery

Items are normally shipped within 1 business day of payment clearing, although in some cases this can take longer.  Items are sent by a range of different couriers depending on the size of the item and the destination of the delivery.  Some items will be delivered direct from our suppliers using their courier companies.

It is important that we are given an accurate and up to date delivery address, preferably one where somebody is at home during the day.  Delivery drivers will not leave parcels unattended.  If there is nobody to receive the item, the driver will leave a card and return the item to their depot, where it will be held for up to 7 days.  If the parcel is not claimed within 7 days it will be returned to ICON MUSIC.

Any redirection costs associated with a wrong address or parcels not being claimed within the 7 days will be passed on.

Warranty

Unless specified otherwise, all items listed by ICON MUSIC are covered by full manufacturer’s warranty.

Should a product develop a problem that requires it to be returned to an authorised service centre this will be at the purchaser’s expense.

If a product is faulty on arrival and need to be returned, ICON MUSIC will cover the return freight costs.  Such a fault must be notified within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued where faulty goods cannot be repaired or replaced, or where goods do not match the description.  Refunds will not be issued due to changes of mind.
