1. What is the difference between solid gold, filled/ laminated gold, and plated gold? 

Solid gold jewelry is the highest in purity. Its purity is determined by karat.  Gold filled is an actual layer(s) of gold pressure-bonded to another metal. This means the outer layer of gold filled actually consists of pure gold. Gold plated is a base metal coated with gold.

2. Does the color tarnish?

No, solid gold does NOT tarnish, but it is recommended that all jewelry should always be given care. Periodically cleanse your jewelry items with a soft cloth and store in air tight containers and avoid using your jewelry during showers to minimize exposure to harmful chemicals such as shampoos.

3. Do you accept returns if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Absolutely! Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your beautiful jewelry, you have 30 days to exchange or return them.

4. What is your return / exchange policy?

2. Se empaña ó oscurece el color? 

Aunque joyas de oro solido NO cambian de color pero se recomienda ser mantenidas para prolongar su vida. Periodicamente limpie sus joyas usando una tela suave y evite usar quimicos ó almohadillas de limpieza duras. Retirar sus joyas antes de bañarse ya que quimicos de limpieza como champus pueden dañar cualquier joya. Guarde sus joyas en contenedores cerrados ó bolsitas de plasticos cuando no se esten usando.
