Product Description
Stunning-sounding amp - a true classic. Fabulous early Vox sound - great break up when pushed - the vibrato/tremolo is stunning. A great recording amp with the sound youve heard on countless records.
Serviced by our experienced amp engineer and in excellent working order, sounding superb and ready to roll. Overall in very good original condition, internal parts/transformers all look to be original. Grille cloth has been replaced at some point and the control panel may be a later reproduction.
Its possible that the mains transformer may have been rewound in the past, but its been fully-tested and is up to correct spec. The amp came to us fitted with a modern Celestial Alnico Blue, but we have replaced this with a period correct Celestion B025 from August 1960 which sounds superb.
