The Charvel San Dimas guitars have always been a favorite of the pros.
In the last few years, Charvel decided to recreate them as part of their Pro-Mod line.
This beauty features an alder body with a flamed maple top. This gives you the warmth of alder and the high end mids of maple- a very balanced natural tone.
Duncan USA humbuckers grab up this tone and add in their own character.
The bridge pickup is a JB, known for its high output and dynamic sensitivity.
The neck pickup is the 59- modeled after the PAF, this has syrupy warm sustain.
A real tone monster.
The maple neck here is incredibly thin- .76" deep at the 5th fret with a flat C progile, satin finish, and a 12"-16" compund radius. One of the most comfortable necks I have ever felt.
The icing on the cake is the recessed Floyd Rose double locking tremolo.
The look here is absolutely gorgeous- Trans Red Burst finish showing off the figured top, maple board, dot inlays, and black hardware.
This Charvel is in excellent condition- signed twice at a guitar clinic by the master himself, Mike Orlando- then put away as a collector piece.
This is the perfect example for any Charvel, Mike Orlando, or Adrenaline Mob fan!
There is no case included, but I will pack for safe arrival as well as insure in full.
