The Charvel Pro Mod So Cal is a killer guitar for any style of rock, but is specifically ideal for the harder edge of things. The alder body is cut the classic curves of the early 80s Super Strat contours that made Charvel famous. Its finished in an elegant Metallic Black that shimmers under stage lights. The guitar is light and resonant, with excellent natural sustain and dynamic attack.

These fantastic vibrations are grabbed by a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers: a 59  at the neck and a JB TB4 back by the recessed Floyd Rose. This combo of magic magnets yields a tone that effortlessly goes from purr to growl to straight up scream; and with a 3-way switch, Master Volume with push/pull coil tap, and tone control, for a solid diversity of tones.

The Pro Mod So Cal features a 2-piece graphite reinforced maple neck with a classic Charvel super-slim profile. The fretboard has 22 jumbo frets and a compound 12"-16" radius for superbly fast playability and comfort in all registers. With an oiled finish and rolled fretboard edges, this is one of the most comfortable necks ever to come from Charvel.

8. Due to new USPS guidelines- certain countries will not accept USPS packages over 42". If that is the case, we can remove the neck or, if it is a set/neck-thru we can ship Fedex International for an additional charge.
