Specialty Traders offers a wide selection of new and usedmusical instruments.  We inspect everyinstrument that we receive from the manufacturer.  It is not uncommon for a brand new instrumentto come from the factory with a minor finish flaw or light scratches.  If there are any significant flaws they willbe described and pictured.   The listingsfor guitars and basses will include photographs of the actual item you willreceive unless otherwise noted. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with yourpurchase, simply return it in its original condition within the specifiedreturn period.  For any returns, otherthan non-disclosure related issues, the buyer will be responsible for allshipping costs.  The shipping chargesincurred from the initial outbound shipment will be deducted from therefund.   Returned items must be in original condition, showingno signs of wear or use and must include all original packaging, manuals,warranties and accessories or be subject to additional fees to replace themissing items. 

Your refund will be promptly processed upon inspection ofyour returned item.  The refund will beless all fees.  We will exchange adefective unit for the same unit within the 30 day period if it is in stock.  The buyer must request replacement and thedefective item must be received prior to shipping the replacement.  After the return period we can assist you inworking directly with the manufacturer for warranty service. 

Personal items such as, but not limited to, harmonicas, inear monitors and microphones are non-returnable for sanitary reasons.
