Product Description

Supro Super 1958

A great little original Supro Super made in the USA in 1958.

It has a single brass covered pickup with black base which has amazing power and is absolutely perfect

for blues especially. The scratchplate is black and within it are the volume and tone controls -

(I believe the knobs are not original), and the solo/rhythm switch. The bridge has a wooden

shaped top and the metal bases are adjustable; the tailpiece is in pressed metal.

The neck is held on by means of two large inset screws and is curved all the way into the neck pocket.

The fretboard contains twenty frets and the headstock holds the original two strips of three

Kluson tuners and the "Supro" logo label. The scale length of this amazing guitar - from nut

to bridge - is twenty-two inches - easy to play and it has a great finish in cream and black.

There are a few knocks and scrapes mainly to be found on the edges, so not very noticeable.

These guitars are very hard to find in the UK and are not cheap to buy in the USA especially

when you have to add on shipping and customs costs!
