  For Small items we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a next working day service guaranteed before 1pm. For larger and bulk items we use a 24 hour courier service from either Parcelforce or DPD.

  We will provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges) if the product you have selected is found to be unsuitable within 28 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in its original box, in as new and unmarked condition complete with all packaging.

  Obtaining a Returns Number (RMA)

  In order to send your faulty item back you will need to contact our customer services by phone or email to be given a returns number, which must be written on the outside of the box or packaging before return. We advise you to keep the box and packaging from the original delivery, which will give your product suitable protection, should you need to return it. If you have not retained the initial packaging then please make sure you have used sufficient packaging material to protect the item before returning.

  We recommend returning your laptop via Royal Mail through your local post office, it is essential that the goods are sent via signed for delivery and we recommend that you insure the goods, as loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
