Q: What ifI want to return an item for a refund?
A: All returns for refund will incur a 14% restocking fee. Defective,damaged or DOA items will be exchanged for a working unit. There is noreturns available on items such as strings, moutpieces reeds etc

Q: How do I ship back my Return/Exchange?
A: The customer can choose any transportation method (Australia Post,or courier, etc.) to return goods for refund or exchange (includingdefective items). We  suggest using a shipping service withtracking capabilities and delivery confirmation.  

Q: I need a replacementASAP!
A: A replacement for a defective item can be shipped out straight away,if the buyer provides a  tracking number for the returneddefective item.

 Q: Isthere a warranty on my item?
A: All new and open box items carry a 12 month warranty valid inAustralia.
There are no warranties on items such as strings and reeds etc

Q: What if my item is defective?
A: Customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request areturn or exchange. Customer is responsible for transportation of theitem back to us. We will send out the replacement at our expense.

WarrantyInformationQ: Can you ship to analternate address?
A: Yes we can ship to an alternate address (work address etc.). Pleasebe sure to confirm you have put the correct address in for shippingwhen you checkout and pay. if incorrect address is supplied, customerwill be resposible for any additional charges in making delivery.

Q: When will my item ship?
A: Most items ship within 1 business day of payment clearing. Pleasenote some payments may go through PayPal as an echeck and not clear forseveral business days. Your tracking number will be updated on yourebay purchase.

Q: Shipment Tracking Number?
A: In the evening after close of business your tracking number willbe  uploaded to eBay and can be found in the Order Details of yourpurchase in your "My eBay" page. Please note, in most cases singlepacks of strings, or other such lower priced items will not have atracking number.

Q: Do you accept Money Orders?
A: No. Money orders are not accepted.

 
Q: Can I get a lower price?
A: If a "Make Offer" appears in the listing under "Buy It Now" pleasefeel free to submit an offer and a sales associate will get back to youwith our lowest price. We will not accept offers on items that are "Buyit now" only.Policy forReturing Items

Refundsand exchanges on reeds, mouthpieces, strings and other accessories arenot accepted due to the personal nature of the products. These productsare non-returnable unless there is a known manufacturing fault ordefect.

DefectiveItems:

Defectiveproducts must be returned to us within (14) fourteendays of the item received date to be eligible for replacement; Itemswill bereplaced with the product originally purchased. For products thatcannot be replaced due to unavailability, a full refund will beoffered. All care is taken in relation to the handling of these itemsduring shipping and handling
