Shipping Address.
Please know that to maintain integrity of the eBay Buyer and Seller protection, we ship to the PayPal Confirmed Addresses which comes across with your order. We will not ship to a different address you provide after making your purchase. If you want us to ship to a particular address, put it in Paypal and get it "confirmed" prior to making your purchase.
PO Boxes.
For purchases on eBay, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes for two reasons.
- eBay does not allow sellers to preclude shipping to PO Boxes on a per-listing basis. Instead, eBay allows a simply "all or none" when it comes to shipping to a PO Box. UPS is our primary shipping carrier for many of the items we sell on eBay, and UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.
If eBay would allow sellers to put the PO Box setting on each listing, we could ship many items to a PO Box. Till eBay makes this change, we do not ship to PO Boxes when making a purchase from us on eBay.
Customers in Hawaii/Alaska, APO/FPO, and US Territories/Protectorates.
Due to inadequacies in the eBay shipping calculator system, eBay does not allow us to enter appropriate shipping charges for shipping to these areas. As a result, folks with a Ship-To address in these areas are encouraged to request a shipping quote before making a purchase.
Once you make your purchase, we will invoice you via PayPal and you agree to pay the additional shipping charges in a timely manner, regardless whether you asked for a shipping quote. We will not ship until they are paid.

Shipping Carriers.
We are delighted to provide FREE SHIPPING on many of the items. Because shipping costs vary greatly by carrier to different parts of the country, please know that we may ship via (a) FedEx, (b) UPS and (c) USPS (at our discretion) any item that is sold with FREE SHIPPING. Unfortunately, we are unable to use your carrier account number.
We Ship Fast!
Orders (with cleared payment) received Monday - Friday before Noon CST are shipped the same day; otherwise they ship the following business day. Items shipped from the manufacture may require an extra 1 to 2 days for added processing. Paypal eChecks usually clear in 4 to 6 business days and we will ship once they clear.
Combined Shipping.
Shipping has become increasingly complex as the shipping companies are constantly changing the rules and tightening their requirements. Combined shipping works best with small, inexpensive and lightweight items and rarely works with clothes, boots and expensive items of any size since insurance charges are based upon the price of the item. Where possible, we will refund a portion of the shipping costs paid on a single order of multiple items. Simply add all items in the cart prior to check-out. Once we receive the order, if we see an over-abundance of shipping costs were charged, we will refund a portion of the shipping charges paid. This occurs about 10-20% of the time. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders from the same customer.
International Customers
We utilize the eBay Global Shipping Program for all international orders. If you are outside the USA and would like to purchase from us, simply register with the GSP. This program will give you all the information you need regarding shipping costs and import duties.
We ship all international orders to the processing center, and it routinely takes 2 to 3 days for the processing center to reship the item to you with the proper customs forms. Please carefully check the tracking for your item as it will show both shipping transactions so you will always know the status of your order.
Ariat Footwear & Apparel.
Please know that Ariat does not allow us to sell and ship Ariat footwear and apparel to customers outside the USA.
That said, we can sell and ship Ariat belts, wallets, socks and ball caps internationally.
Prevent Theft of Delivered Orders.
To prevent the theft of your order once its delivered, online buyers are strongly encouraged to provide a secure location where packages may be delivered. Online buyers should know that neither the seller (us), eBay, nor the shipping company can do anything about packages that are delivered but stolen off the buyers property or mailbox. Its not uncommon for thieves to shadow delivery drivers so they can retrieve the delivered package. If the shipping carrier says it has been delivered, its considered delivered, and there is no insurance or recourse for packages that are stolen from the buyers address. This does not happen often, but it does happen. Please provide a secure location for the delivery of your online orders.
Local Pick-up.
Local pickup is not available for items purchased on eBay. However, we are an 8000 sq ft, full-service western wear store located about 50 miles north of Houston, Texas, in the Magnolia / Tomball / The Woodlands area. All items listed on eBay are available for sale in the store. Prices listed on eBay and in the retail store may differ.
Payments.
On eBay, we accept PayPal only. Payment is due immediately with BUY IT NOW. Otherwise, payment is due within 24 hours after close of auction. We will not halt an auction or otherwise set aside an item till youre ready or able to pay for it. Please make your purchase when you are ready to pay for the item.

Sales Tax.
We collect Texas sales tax of 7.25% on the items shipped to a Texas address. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping is also taxed.
We gladly accept returns according to the return policy stated on the specific item. Most items can be returned for a refund or exchange. But a few are listed with no returns. Please check the listings carefully.
Returns for a Refund - To return an item for refund, simply initiate the return process from within your eBay purchase history. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible - typically the same day but not more than 3 business days.
Returns for an Exchange - To return an item for exchange, simply message us via the eBay Message system where we will communicate with you to work out the details on the exchange. Most of the time, its easier for buyers to simply open a return for refund, then simply purchase the desired item you want to receive.

Reship Fees
When an item is returned for exchange, we charge a fee to ship out the replacement item. Reship fees apply to all exchanges, including items which sold with free shipping. The reship fees are assessed according to the following schedule:
The cost to ship items weighing more than 1# can vary greatly and depend upon item weight and the customers location. The amounts noted above represent our median shipping cost. We believe this is fair and equitable.
Other Charges
A $20 service charge is applied when the manufactures box has been marked-on, or has any stickers, shipping labels, tape, or anything else stuck to the box, or the box is defaced in any way. We sell all the best names in western apparel and boots. If you are within an hours drive, you should come see us! We have hundreds of items in the store which are not available online. Prices online and in the store may differ, and are usually less expensive in the store.

Product Availability.
All products are available for purchase when listed on eBay. We sell out of the inventory at our retail store. When an eBay listed item sells in our retail store, we remove the item from eBay as quickly as possible. However, were human and make our share of mistakes. So, occasionally an item sells on eBay that is no longer available. If/when this happens, we will cancel the eBay transaction then refund your payment. We appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to message us to verify availability. Items not in stock may ship from the manufacture.
Product Quality.
All products are first quality items from the named manufacture, unless clearly stated. We do not sell imitation look-alike items. We do not sell used. We do not sell seconds. We buy direct from the manufacture or distributor.
Product Photo Representation
We do our VERY best to accurately represent the items we sell, and use manufactures images or take our own photos. However, lets be clear. You will not receive the EXACT item in the photo. When it comes to leather (and especially animal skins), distressed denim, printed items like faux animal skins and dresses, no two items of the same style are 100% identical. You can expect some differences among items of the same style. If you want photos of the actual item or particular size, please message us!!
Additionally, the colors you see are *highly* dependent upon the brightness and contrast settings on your PC, tablet or phone. As a result, the color of the item you see in our listing my not be exact with the item you receive.
Does that item run True-To-Size?
In our humble opinion, there is no such thing as "true to size" when comparing like items (such as boots or jeans or shirts) from different manufactures. Many different factors determine how garments and footwear fit. Some shirts are a box cut while some are tapered and even others are slim fit. All slim fit jeans (yes, even from the same manufacture) may not fit the same. Every boot brand fits slightly differently. Even boots from the same manufacture that have a different heel & toe, or manufactured in different countries may it differently.
How will I know when my item shipped?
Our system updates eBay with tracking information immediately after create a shipping label. Depending upon your settings on eBay, you may receive an email from eBay with the tracking information. Regardless, you can always find the tracking info in your eBay purchase history. Please know it may take between 4 and 24 hours for the tracking numbers to become active on the shipping carriers web site.
When will my order ship?
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before noon CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after noon CST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will ship the next business day.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
It depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout. For the continental 48 states, First Class is typically a 3 to 7 day service; Priority Mail is typically a 1 to 3 day service; Parcel Select is typically a 3 to 10 day service; and both FedEx Ground/Home Delivery and UPS Ground are typically 1 to 5 day services.
Will you guarantee when my order will arrive?
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as we can only ship according to the ship method you choose at checkout. Once we generate a shipping label and pass the package to the shipping company, it is in their hands. Shipping methods are classified as either "Best Effort" or methods with a "Delivery Commitment" If you need an item by a particular date, you must choose a ship method that includes a "Delivery Commitment".
What ship methods include a "Delivery Commitment"?
Ship methods such as Next Day or Second Day service from UPS and FedEx typically include a delivery commitment to deliver the package by the end of the first or second day, respectively, after the day it is shipped. Keep in mind that orders placed Monday-Friday before Noon CST will ship the same day; otherwise, the order ships the next business day.
What is a "Best Effort" ship method?
Ship methods such as First Class, Priority Mail, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, and UPS Ground are considered "Best Effort" because the shipping company typically makes their best effort to get the package to you as quickly as possible, but they make no guarantee to delivery by any particular date.
Please know, unfortunately, this includes all forms of USPS Priority Mail. Although the Postal Service refers to Priority Mail as a 1 to 3 day service, there is no guarantee. And, its worth mentioning that USPS Express Mail is a 1 to 2 day service. and while USPS Express Mail is 1 day service to many major cities, it is NOT a guaranteed delivery service.
Our experience has shown that USPS is very, very good and much more economical than UPS and FedEx for small, lightweight items and when a delivery commitment is not required. It is always the buyers choice and responsibility to select and know why they are selecting a particular shipping method.
Tracking says my order was delivered, but I cannot find it.
First off, look everywhere around your property for the package. Delivery drivers typically do a very good job placing the package in a location where it cannot be seen from the passersby in the street. So you may have to look in various spots around your address to find the package.
To prevent the theft of your order once its delivered, online buyers are strongly encouraged to provide a secure location where packages may be delivered. Additionally, sometimes the shipping company delivery driver will place a package in a side yard or backyard so that it cannot be seen from the street so in an effort to prevent the package from theft. It is the purchasers responsibility to secure any dogs which may chew-up the delivery package and its contents.
