Sorry NO Box and NO Paperwork.
All Original.
The pedal was tested and works fine.
The pedal lights up fine when using a battery. NOTE: since this pedal was originally designed to be used with a Boss ACA power supply - when you use a "regular 9v negative tip power supply - the pedal works, but the light does not light up or it lights up faintly. There is nothing wrong with the pedal. If a 12 volt negative tip power supply is used - then the light will light up. According to Roland / Boss: "Powering ACA pedals with a PSA power supply.
Powering the older pedals designed for 12V DC input with either a newer ACA or PSA adapter will not work very well. The voltage drop over the resistor and diode will prevent the pedal from getting enough power and its LED will usually only glow faintly. The solution is to use a daisy chain and plug in another pedal designed for the newer ACA or PSA adapter. The lead between the two pedals will short the resistor diode pair and the pedal will receive full power."
--------------
Even though this pedal is about 22 years old - it does not look like it was used that much.
It is EXTREMELY clean. A few very minor imperfections.
The lower right area of the front side has one or two very tiny surface nicks.
The slider caps are fine - they just have a little bit of yellowing from age. -
-- The rubber on top has very light wear around the edges and the top of the Boss logo is shiny.
-- The bottom rubber part has some light wear around the edges.
-- The bottom label is fine.
-- The hardware (nuts and washers for the jacks) are fine.
-- The grommet (which is the small black rubber piece in the front screw hole) is mostly fine - just very light wear.
I took pictures of all sides of the pedal.
the controls are: 100Hz, 200Hz , 400Hz, 800Hz, 1.6kHz, 3.2kHz, 6.4kHz, 6.4kHz, and LEVEL
the jacks are: Input, Output, and adapter jack (as mentioned above - the power jack is for an ACA adaptor).
NOTE: There are a few imperfections that can be seen in person that do not appear in the pictures. There may be a few very minor imperfections that I overlooked. And - there maybe some imperfections show up in the pictures that are not that visible in person.

With the availability of slimmer slide potentiometers, the GE-7 was released 1981. It’s got the same frequency bands as the GE-6 as well as one additional band at 6.4kHz. There is also a level control that you can use to set the difference of level between on and off mode for the pedal. Each band can be boosted or cut by 15dB. The GE-7 can also be used as a gain booster.
The GE-7 has been in continous production since 1981. A few components, like the TL022 opamps, have been replaced in this time but the original design is still the same. GE-7 production moved from Japan to Taiwan, early 1992. It was modified for the PSA adapter 1997 and has since then been fitted with a silver bottom label.
