We can ship to other countries, but the buyer must have a confirmed and verified paypal address (and we can only ship via UPS).  Shipping overseas generally runs about $200, it is much less for Canada, so please contact us for a shipping quote to Canada.

Return Policy: Due to the overwhelming amount of returns just because buyers have changed their minds or decided they needed the money more than the item (buyers remorse), we will be charging a restocking fee for returns.
